Payouts are made twice a month by wire ($25 Fee) or check ($2 Fee) directly from Epoch.
Do not make FALSE advertisements of our sites, as this may lead to chargebacks. Excessive amount of chargebacks will lead to immediate account suspension.
No traffic from illegal sites (child porn, bestiality, rape or torture, incest, password, torrent sites). If you send hits from such sites your account will be terminated and all funds will be forfeited.
No traffic from sites that contain material which constitutes an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person's intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other rights.
No spamming of any kind is allowed to direct traffic to our site, this includes chat rooms too. You further acknowledge and agree that we have the right to immediately, and without notice, terminate your participation in the program if we, in our sole and exclusive judgement, conclude that you have engaged in the use of any form of mass unsolicited e-mail solicitations, news group postings, password selling or trading, warez, IRC posting or any other form of 'spamming'.
PleasuresCash pays 60% of signups and recurring charges.
You get 5% of the funds of every Webmaster you refer to our program.
If you use our promo content, you should not remove the copyright label from the photos and movies. If our content is used on your site, you should have a clearly visible link to our site somewhere on that page. You can't use our promo content to advertise sites of another affiliate program.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.
